			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Many people are inclined to dismiss physical fitness training as part of their fitness routine. If you&#8217;re one of them, you may feel that it isn&#8217;t necessary.&#8221;I just want to get in shape,&#8221; you might think.&#8221;I don&#8217;t need to do the whole trainer routine. I don&#8217;t need to look like an advertisement for an exercise machine; I just want to be able to go up and down the steps without losing my breath, or chase after my toddler, or lose some of this excess weight.&#8221; You may even be leery of bodybuilding; women in particular tend to shy away from any sort of weightlifting or bodybuilding activity because they think they&#8217;ll wind up looking masculine. In fact, however, muscle building is an important part of any kind of weight loss program. And ripped muscles like you see in commercials come from taking bodybuilding too far. A healthy person who stays away from steroids and does weight lifting and other resistance exercises in moderation has nothing to fear.</p>
<p>So just how important is it to get training? Why can&#8217;t you just grab some weights and go? Well, as any fitness trainer can tell you, just starting to play around with weights is one of the worst things you can do for your body. If the weights aren&#8217;t heavy enough, you&#8217;ll end up wasting a lot of time just moving your arms around. But if they&#8217;re too heavy, you could very likely wind up with torn, strained, or otherwise damaged muscles&#8211;and not just in your arms. Improper weight training can lead to strained backs, herniated discs, and a whole host of other ailments that will quite probably continue to plague you for the rest of your life.</p>
<p>Okay, you may be thinking &#8211; &#8220;So why bother with weight training at all? Why not just stick with something simple, like cardio workouts or calisthenics?&#8221; It&#8217;s true that vigorous cardio workouts can help burn fat and build strength. But they can&#8217;t be compared to the level of fitness you can achieve by adding some light weightlifting or resistance training to your exercise workout. And, as if that wasn&#8217;t enough, those people wanting to lose weight quickly and keep it off longer should remember that muscle burns more calories than fat&#8211;even at rest. So people who replace their flab with muscle through strength training and weightlifting will be burning more calories even after their exercise routine is finished and they&#8217;re just sitting around catching their breath. And, because weight lifting builds muscle faster than cardio alone, all the weight loss benefits of extra muscle are yours just that much sooner. In fact, with so much promise right at their fingertips, it&#8217;s easy to see how a person could be tempted to try for too much and overdo it&#8211;which, of course, brings us right back to the need for a trainer who will work with you and make sure that your workouts are challenging, but not dangerously so. Physical fitness training is a key part of any weight loss program, and a physical fitness trainer is a key part of any training.</p>

Body builders and gym instructors easily comes to mind. But in actuality, fitness is really more than that, much more. To be considered as fit one must possess these qualities, good health, stamina, endurance, flexibility and strength. A fit person must not only look the part but they need to high energy levels and the good health that a real fit person has. From a balanced diet, regular exercise and a good outlook on life, a person fitness levels need not always be at par with those so-called fitness buffs who live, breath and sweat all out fitness. After all, everything done in excess is bad, even in fitness so moderation is always the way to go.</p>
<p>If youre just starting to get yourself on the &#8220;fitness track&#8221; then arm yourself with these simple and practical tips on how to start leading a healthy lifestyle.</p>
<p>Walk, walk and walk<br />
Well, not forever of course but given that you dont have the luxury of time to hit the gym and your work is already at arms length then treat your body to a quick and simple exercise. Whenever you have time, try to use your legs and walk to wherever it is that you need to go (given that its not that far), the actual daily exercise time requirement is around 30 minutes, but 10 minutes of walking is not so bad either. Even while youre at the office, instead of using your swivel chair to hop from one cubicle to another, get your ass off your chair and walk to your officemates desk or your boss table to do what you have to do. Its just unfortunate how weve become so reliant on machines that weve already forgotten to actually use our body parts. </p>

<p>As they say, all work and no play makes Jane a very dull girl. But in these busy times, all work and less sleep makes people more and more prone to all sorts of illnesses. Never take for granted the various benefits that proper amounts of sleep can give to you. Aside from always feeling refreshed in the morning, youll save yourself the hassle of suffering from chronic insomnia as well as other stress-related disorders like migraines and hyper acidity. Also, having proper amounts of sleep will also do wonders for your beauty fitness, puffy eyes and dark saddlebags (i.e. eye bags) wont be a problem anymore and your skin will be as youthful-looking as ever. </p>
<p>Kick out those nasty habits<br />
Aside from not having enough sleep, another bad habit to kick out of your system is smoking (or whatever vices that you may be addicted to), so many people die each year from emphysema and lung cancer that its really alarming how so many people still continue to smoke. Vices are incredibly bad for ones health, in order to get back on the fitness track, stay off those nasty habits, even by just taking little baby steps and start planning a fitness strategy for yourself. Just remind yourself this, one good does smoking really give you? It makes your health deteriorate, not to mention, being really bad for your skin because it tends to make it dry. Its also a complete waste of money since not only are you damaging your health (possibly in the long run) but after lighting up that cigarette, it doesnt really do anything for you. Spare yourself the trouble and join the fitness bandwagon towards a healthier you.    </p>

A radiant-looking, youthful appearance doesnt necessarily equate to a healthy well-being. When it comes to taking care of our bodies, we must always keep in mind that its not really whats on the outside  what people can see, that counts rather, clich as it may be, it really is whats on the inside thats truly the most important part. Well, this doesnt necessarily mean that we should already take our looks for granted, it is without a doubt, a very important part of us, our looks give us the confidence to face each day with a smile and take on our every day endeavors with much ease. But through beauty fitness, were sure to get the best of both worlds, through having a healthy body comes the beauty of our appearance. Its not merely reliant on genetics, supple-looking skin, bright eyes and healthy-looking hair are enough to take pride in our looks, it really is just a matter of being well-informed and dutifully participating in beauty fitness.</p>
<p>Just like taking care of our health, our literally exposed body parts often get the every day beating, from pollution to sun damage, learning about proper beauty fitness is the key to staying healthy both inside and out.</p>
<p>Here are a few tips on having acquiring good beauty fitness:</p>
<p>Drink Up!<br />
They say that chugging down 8 to 10 glasses of water a day is enough to keep ourselves looking and feeling healthy. What makes this tried and tested beauty fitness regimen work is actually quite simple. Water, is a natural anti-oxidant, it helps flush out toxins from our bodies  i.e. help regulate our bowel movements thus helps prevent us from getting sick. Having a healthy body inside more or less equates to being healthy on the outside too. Since water helps clean our insides, our skin is less likely to be prone to breakouts. Also keeping ourselves hydrated saves us from acquiring fine lines or other unsightly signs of aging on our faces. Our skin needs to hold onto its elasticity for as long as it can (unless you prefer to go under the knife) and water actually helps keep it looking young and supple. A perfectly natural and easy way of helping you stick to your beauty fitness goals.</p>
<p>Stay Out of the Sun:<br />
The suns rays may contain some vitamins but it doesnt mean we should stay under it for as long as we can, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., we should really make it a point to get under the shade. Another good beauty fitness regimen is to learn to make (and keep) it a habit to slather on sunblock lotion every time we go outside  well, they say that even though its not scorching hot, we still need to pile on the sunblock because there are still damaging ultraviolet rays that can harm our skin. Keep in mind to choose the correct sunblock lotion with enough Sun Protection Factor (SPF) to help ward off the suns damaging rays from our skin. Remember that the lighter your skin is, the higher SPF youll need. Also, one-time slathering isnt enough, you need to reapply every three-four hours in order to have continuous protection for your skin. Keeping this beauty fitness regimen will not only help you keep your skin looking its best, its also the best way to save yourself from other unwanted skin problems, such as freckles, fine lines and even skin cancer. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Children are naturally active. Who hasn&#8217;t sometimes wished that their toddler would get a bit less exercise? But with all that energy bubbling up inside of young children, what goes wrong? Why are we facing such a rash of overweight kids? What&#8217;s the secret to physical fitness for children?</p>
<p>The good news is, keeping kids fit is easier than you might think. Even better is the news that if you start to instill good habits in your kids from now, they will stick with them into adulthood, leading to a much lower chance of your child becoming overweight as an adult or developing any of the plethora of health problems that goes along with obesity. The bad news? Parents are often (albeit unintentionally) responsible for their children&#8217;s lethargy and the resulting weight gain.</p>
<p>Think back to the last time you urged your child to sit still, or maybe even put them on drugs to control hyperactivity, ADD, or ADHD.  Sure, the result was a more manageable child&#8211;but it was also a child whose desire to run and play was decreased, however slightly, and a child who had begun to think of physical activity as Something Bad. What about those educational videos and television shows you encouraged them to watch? Yes, an hour or two without the kids underfoot was a precious chance to get things done&#8211;but, again, you were encouraging inactive entertainment rather than active entertainment.</p>
<p>Even with younger children, it&#8217;s a mistake to assume that either an adult or older sibling has to play with them, or else they have to watch television. This is one of the biggest problems fueling our society; we are raised to believe that we must be entertained, rather than entertaining ourselves. If you have things you must get done, it will not kill a child to play on their own from time to time, especially if you carefully balance time spent getting things done with time spent with your kids. If you&#8217;re a working parent, remember that the eight hours a day you give to your employer already weighs against you, however. Just because kids can play alone doesn&#8217;t mean they always should, and an hour or two in the park or the backyard makes for good memories as well as healthy kids. But never make a video or television show, no matter how &#8220;educational&#8221;, a substitute for the time spent with you. If you absolutely cannot spend time with your child at that moment, let them play on their own rather than plopping them down in front of a television.</p>
<p>Once you can train yourself to realize that your child&#8217;s love of activity and movement is actually a good and healthy thing, you&#8217;re much closer to having children who will love the outdoors, love playing and staying fit, and above all who are naturally healthy. As an added bonus, you&#8217;ll have children who know how to entertain themselves without resorting to television or videogames.</p>
<p>Yes, there is a time for children to be still, to listen and to pay attention. Children should be taught that when you tell them to sit still and do it, they have to do it. But once their task is done, whether it be schoolwork or chores or anything else, let them run and play. Let them go a little wild. Let them be kids.</p>
<p>Physical fitness for kids isn&#8217;t something you have to struggle to achieve; it&#8217;s something that will develop naturally&#8211;if you let it, that is.</p>

<p>The most common of which is related to muscle fitness. Gyms have been around for a pretty long time but its popularity has clearly risen to new heights in the recent years with a lot of people, especially those living in the city, have become more aware of the importance of their health and fitness. Although, admittedly, majority of them do flock to gyms just to attain that perfect figure that they desire (whether you&#8217;re a man or a woman) or just be on the round towards a healthier lifestyle. Considering these reasons, muscle fitness has been an important part towards attaining that healthy lifestyle that all of us so desperately want, or is it need? With the ever growing number of fast-food chains and restaurants, Americans have clearly, and sadly, been accustomed to the habit of eating out. But with all the grease-laden, calorie-rich foods the most of of us consume almost on a daily basis. It&#8217;s alarming how many people have become obese, diabetic or have acquired colon cancer in the recent years. </p>
<p>Muscle fitness may be a daunting task to take but it sure is a healthy start to help you shed off those unwanted pounds, making you not only look and feel good about yourself but you&#8217;ll also do your body a lot of good by saving yourself from all sorts of illnesses that can be brought about an unhealthy way of living.<br /> For people on the go, it&#8217;s quite hard, almost impossible to fit in a cardiovascular workout for your muscle fitness regimen, but it only takes a lot of willpower to overcome these &quot;little&quot; obstacles. Here are a few, simple and easy-to-follow steps that&#8217;ll help you be on your way towards muscle fitness.</p>
<p>Start your muscle fitness routine by incorporating some cardiovascular exercises into your daily life, beginning in the early morning. Studies show that even while you&#8217;re asleep, you still get to burn some calories, although this is not the solution to your muscle fitness woes, as tempting it may be, it is just too good to be true. What I meant by starting your routine early is that even before you through your usual morning routines, try to fit in a simple cariodvascular exercise to help jump start your day. Make the little sacrifice of waking up at least thirty minutes earlier that your usual schedule, this way you get to do your exercises before you even take your breakfast. It&#8217;s a proven fact that you burn more fat this way. Since you&#8217;re running low on calories by the time you&#8217;ve wake up, it&#8217;s easier for your body to burn more fat since it&#8217;ll take up whatever calories are left in the morning and it&#8217;ll most likely keep you more alert and active for the day ahead. Also, when it comes to taking your breakfast, be sure that it&#8217;s a well-balanced meal. Breakfast is the most imporant meal of the day. Orange juice, a bagel with low-fat cottage cheese and a fruit (apple, banana, whatever makes you happy) contain some of the ingredients that you need to start your day as well as provide you with the energy for your daily muscle fitness routine.<br /> Saying that you have no time to work on your muscle fitness is just pure laziness. Make the effort and help get yourself in better shape.</p>
<p>During the day, when you&#8217;re at your &quot;busiest&quot;, try to incorpate some calorie-blasting techniques to help snap you out of that &quot;work fatigue&quot; that we often times get ourselves into. Show true muscle fitness by taking the stairs instead of the elevator &#8211; given that you actually have the time, walk your dog, play catch with yor kids, literally run (or walk to) your errands. And try to be as (physically) busy as you can be.  </p>
