Operation Hardcore: Make Your Muscles Go BOOM!

These 4 BOMB steps are the perfect arsenal for blowing your muscles to smithereens!

“Don’t overtrain! You’ll only set yourself back and won’t make any progress.” We’ve all heard that one before. The way some gym dudes preach about the dangers of overtraining, you’d think it was the Bubonic Plague.

Today, we’re throwing all that overtraining stuff out the window, because every once in a while, you just gotta open the hatch and drop some seriously explosive work on your body.

I’m not saying you need to engage in scorched-earth policy on your muscles day-in, day-out, but running your body through the workout ringer every once in awhile is what the pros do, and it might just put some hair on your chest (just kidding, ladies). To ALL my brothas and sistas—I challenge you to take a walk on the wild side and blast your muscles into oblivion.

Why I Got Started

I began wanting to lift weights to put on some muscle to gain playing time for my basketball team. I never really saw myself as being fat, but I wanted to gain muscle to improve my game, and initially for girls.

As I began my journey, I learned that cardiac failure was the leading cause of death in America, and didn’t want to become a statistic.

How I Did It

What's Your Diet Type? Knowing The Answer Could Spell Success Versus Failure

The diet game is both mental and physical. Find out where your head’s at and adjust your diet to keep you sane and slimming.

Searching for the next best diet to help get you down to your goal weight? If so, before you quickly jump into the first diet plan that comes your way, take a second and look inward and figure out what kind of dieter you are.

Unfortunately, when it comes to proper dieting, we are all like snowflakes, so what might work great for one person could end up being a train wreck for someone else. And since we aren’t trying to derail our diet, you need a specific plan to fit your own individual needs and preferences to see the best results possible.

The market is there. According to a 2009 study by the International Health, Racquet & Sportsclub Association, 31 percent of all corporations subsidize employee health-club memberships. This study also noted that every university in the United States has a fitness facility on their campus, making it clear that more people than ever are using fitness to improve their health. Another study called The U.S. Weight Loss and Diet Control Market: 9th Edition estimated that 75 million Americans participate in some form of dieting.
